The idea came to me a few years back, that there ought to be a way to make paintings out of pure paints, which they do not need to adhere to any surfaces. All the paintings in the world, from the prehistoric ones to the modern ones have had surfaces, on which paints were applied to.
Even if you could paint one, how do you then show it? It would not have a surface beneath the paints? Well, the solution is either to suspend it, or place it between two layers of glass. This way, it could be held in between the two layers. You can also mount it on something. However, only one side can be viewed this way.
To the best of my knowledge, this is the first of its kind in the world. I have never seen an example of it anywhere, whether in art museums or in artbooks. Nobody has even discussed it before.
This procedure is copy righted. Its patent is also being applied for.
